  My Grandma had an 8:00 AM appointment. It's 9:30 and after a series of tests and being dialated she still has not been seen by the actual Dr. It's clear there is no respect for peoples time. I have never waited this long at my own eye Dr.'s office. The manager of this office should really considering improving customer service even though employees were nice enough. We've all come to expect the nice enough is okay when it's not.
