  Unfortunately Unprofessional - we arrived about 5 minutes before our schedule appointment and we're told that are tax professional (Doug) was still in an appointment. We waited about 15 minutes then asked if we could walk around outside and be notified when he was ready. We got a call 15 minutes later and we came back. He was at the front desk talking on the phone and continued to take calls for another 7 minutes. He then took us back and started to complain about his previous clients and how they put him behind then offered us a snack as if it would make up for the wait. He was unfortunately unprofessional and cracked a lot of jokes that were a bit inappropriate, I worked with H&R Block for years and this is been the most unprofessional service I have ever had. The one star is for the H&R Block Peace of Mind Guarantee because this guy may not have known what he was doing, I'm glad that the organization itself offers at least that. Will not be returning to this location.
