  I currently live in this complex. I also work in the apartment industry, as a leasing consultant.
  A few things,
  Whilst I see that these are not newly built. Nor are they kept up with on the daily.. Anyone who comes from the industry appreciates a team who tries, and always makes you feel welcome. Wendy & her team have done just that. I've had no issues in my apartment to this date. Everything runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
  I accept the fact that I live in an apartment complex..so issues such as noise, parking, guest visiting residents or trash build up are something I come to expect.
  I CAN say that since my stay. I've not once heard my next door neighbors. I've not once NOT had a parking space in front of my building. I've not once had any neighbor or resident issues surrounding my building. & I most certainly have NOT had any pest control issues.
  I would recommend this community simply for the fact that it's everything you'd ask for on your house checklist but on a smaller scale.
  I would recommend this property because the office team is very sweet and accommodating! & I would recommend living here because for what I pay monthly.. I find it to be worth everything I receive.
