  Poor property managers. They will not fix anything promptly, are deceitful with their advertisements, and in general do not keep their properties clean or safe.
  I had a black mold issue reported in 2015 that took over a year for them to address, making my family sick several times. When I threatened to complain to the state,they illegally entered the apartment and painted over the mold, which is not the correct way to treat black mold.
  Most of my neighbors had bed bugs, Radiant refused to properly treat that as well.
  Radiant also tried to keep my entire deposit and charge me for items listed on my initial walk-through.
  The people running this company do not care about their tenants and will do everything in their power to neglect their duties.

  While I appreciate this option to review companies it is very one sided. Customers who are happy rarely place a review. The recent review posted by Kristina, states we were rude to her in our office. She came through our door screaming and yelling. It was requested that she stop screaming at us, not sure how that request is rude. There was a rent increase they were giving 90 days’ notice and it was completed in accordance with the law. Unfortunately sometimes you have to increase rents as expenses increase. As far as why the increase we never finished discussing it as I stated she was screaming and I was not able to finish a sentence. She did inform us her husband had passed away; my comment to her was I am sorry your husband passed, not sure how that is being rude also. I offered my condolences not sure what else I could do. She was mad because she got lost but never once called us for directions. She was offered that her rent can be mailed or paid online if she chose not to drive to our office and was also informed this was a temporary location and we would be relocating in a couple months closer to her park.
