  Used to be a place I would use but $15 for a 16x16x16 box?? Sorry you lost me as a customer and the extremely high shipping fee as well, mind you I still paid it after being given a $5 discount? Which was still $50 for 5.5 lbs and NOT overnight! I’m good. I just wish would’ve read the reviews before I had stopped in. Lesson learned.

  It's actually MINUS 1 STAR! This location has bad reviews for a reason. $93 to ship a tent to a show. It was lost! It's been lost for 7 weeks. Dustin is a manager, I've been in several times....he is never there. I leave messages to have him call me......in 7 weeks he never has. I've threatened to file a complaint with UPS corporate, I've threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau...still didn't call!
  
  Going to find the franchise owners name next.
