  We purchased our house full of window treatments from Accolade in 1993 and recently had an issue with one of the blinds in our family room. We went to the Largo store ( the same one we purchased from 20 years ago) and we were thrilled that they not only fixed our issue but repaired it under warranty. Jay was so helpful and that kind of service is not found now days. We highly recommend Accolade to everyone we know.
