  It's all about the money! We have been going here for years, not for the doctor but the staff. For the past 2 years the place has declined to where we will never return and recommend everyone else to do the same. Long term and good staff have resigned in the past 2 years because of Dr Zellner. I have witnessed her scream and cuss at staff. I have personally reached out to some of the former employees and understand why they left and no one should take their pets here. Dictatorship management by Dr Zellner. Inconsistent policy on charges. When she needs money, she charges different prices and does additional services. We have seen it in our bills several times. She takes money for a charity that does not exist and pockets it. Illegal! Biggest concern is her behavior and mood swings. The staff have done "Interventions" and no changes - scary that she is treating animals. Several of them received harassing letters and phone calls after leaving. This place is unsafe for your pets and the staff.
