  After getting numerous quotes from other companies in the area, we decided to go with Bay Area Heating and Cooling because they gave us the most honest quote for a system that would best suit us for the long run. They are the only company, out of four, that quoted us to replace both inside and outside units; which lengthens not only the warranty but also the life of the AC system. I have never been so excited for home improvements. Their contractor and installers were friendly and courteous, as was their sales rep. I cannot say enough about how great they were and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy AC company.

  James came to check the system. He was very professional, explaining the answers to all of my questions. He was also very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to please the customer, even moving a Christmas tree to the patio for me. I was very impressed.
