  I've used Brown a few times in the last two or three years. I'm very happy with the service and they have never tried to sell me any add on work. For example, I had a dead battery. Got the car to them. They installed a new battery and never tried to sell me a new alternator or anything else. I had a some noise from the front end. Steve said "Ron, its very expensive to repair". The car was 12 years old, so I traded it in on a newer car.
