  I went to open an account there and the lady I was working with made me feel extremely uncomfortable. An older lady with long blonde hair, I didn't get her name. I explained I wanted a savings account and she kept telling me I need a checking account or there will be fees and penalties for a saving account if I withdraw too much. She said my check would have a hold on it that would take up to 7 days (without even checking) but she could call and see if they could get it faster and just all this crap I didn't want to hear. I didn't ask for it faster. I just asked for a simple savings account. I am a sales professional, it's what I do for a living, I don't want to hear how you can 'pull strings' and 'do favors' I know all those lines. I don't want to make small talk about where I'm from, why I'm here and who I have banked with. I felt like saying it is NONE of your business! I just want a simple savings account! It would have been most convenient for me to bank with Chase, but after that experience, never-mind, I'll gladly go out of my way not to bank there. Not at that branch anyway.
