  Endless mind numbing stupidity here. The people are RUDE and never have any direct answers. If you have an out of state case forget about it. You get answers like, "I don't know" when you ask simple questions like, is my case being enforced? There is no help whatsoever! This department shouldn't even exist! They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and there is nothing you can do to get things done because other states don't deal with the you they will ONLY deal with Florida Department of Child Support enforcement, who is to busy with their thumb up their assess to even take your call. The reason why there are so many deadbeat parents has alot to do with the disorganization of the "Child sSpport Enforcement Department". The worst part is, that this is a government run program and our government does not give a damn if child support is enforced unless they are providing assistance. Then they manage to be able to figure out what's going on with your case and take the money or refuse you services based on the fact you may or may not get a payment.
