  I lost my phone the last day in Septembe.r I still have not gotten it replaced. After 6 weeks they told me I have to file a police report. After 6 weeks. Justin is the manager and is a total dick. He is mouthful in the store but not to much of a man or manager.Looks like I'm going back to Verizon. I should have never left Verizon what a mistake

  The kid that signed me up messed up my plan adding all kinds of extra things I did not ask for. I've had to call tmobile multiple billing cycles now to fix all the problems he's caused from adding a whole extra line to adding insurance I didn't want to adding some stupid plus plan I didn't want. He kept the sim card on the extra line and started using it to text people with. Stay far away from these shady ass people. Kenneth Hilario is the name on the card he gave me. I just googled his name I can't believe he still has a job there.
